Subterranean Operations Tool Kits
Client: U.S. Army Contracting Command - APG, Natick Contracting Division
The U.S. Army Contracting Command awarded ATSC a contract to supply Mobile Ad Hoc Networking (MANET) radios and associated spares. This is the 2nd Task Order through the "Force Protection Omnibus IDIQ" to be awarded to ATSC this year via competitive bid. ATSC will supply the most advanced, most scalable, and most efficient MANET from Persistent Systems. The radios are built to create powerful secure voice, data, and video networks anywhere - even in subterranean conditions. The radios are fully integrated with Android OS computer devices making the radio the first Smart Radio. The radios are for use in the East Asia theatre and will be delivered to the U.S. Army before the end of this year.
