ATSC ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER FRANK RENDON
Advanced Technology Systems Company, (ATSC), is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Rendon as the new Chief Operating Officer.
Frank will oversee ATSC’s overall Business Operations, Business Development & Programs. Mr. Habib Debs (Chairman & CEO), said “I look forward to working with such a talented and experienced professional person to continue to expand our business and deliver the best solutions to our war fighters and securing our borders”.
With more than 29 years of dynamic leadership and management experience including executive positions in logistics and financial management, Frank is recognized as a hands-on executive with experience leading complex transformation initiatives. In his most recent role as a Managing Director in Accenture’s Federal Finance and Enterprise Performance practice, he led the support for the Navy Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) efforts to improve financial processes and related financial data integrity. As the Bureau of Naval Personnel Deputy Comptroller, he transformed and revitalized the financial business processes as best practices which significantly improved the Navy’s ability to monitor financial data and provided leadership with timely, reliable, and accurate data to make decisions. Prior to transitioning to civil service, he spent 21 years in the Navy as a Supply Officer where he held positions as Supply Officer on the USS Olympia (SSN 717), Assistant Supply Officer/Cargo Officer on the USS Rainier (AOE 7), Executive Officer of Submarine Logistics Support Center (SLSC) in Bremerton, Washington and Chief of Logistics at NATO’s Allied Forces Southern Command in Naples, Italy.
